Acupuncture is the insertion of very fine needles, the thickness of a human hair, into the body. It is usually painless. Once the needles are inserted, the client relaxes for around twenty minutes while the needles stimulate the body's own natural self-healing mechanisms. Most people feel a sense of calm and wellbeing following treatment.
Auriculotherapy is performed on the ear using either tiny, fine needles or small golden seeds which are gently taped into place. Needles are kept in the ear for about twenty minutes; clients may choose to keep ear seeds on their ears for a few days after application as a continuation of the treatment.

Standard treatments cost £40 - £45.
